Our team (or our specialised partners) handles the heavy lifting. If you’re on cPanel, we perform a seamless server-to-server transfer. For other platforms, we manually migrate your data and perform an initial email sync to ensure no message is left behind.
3. Go-Live & Handover
Once the data is staged, we update your DNS and perform a final "delta sync" of your emails to catch any new messages. We run a final quality check to ensure everything is lightning-fast on our green cloud, and then, you’re live!

What's included in managed hosting vs standard hosting?
Our managed hosting provides you with everything you need for your business to have online visibility, email, website hosting, databases and more. The best part, you get access to a control panel you self-serve and manage the hosting account. However, you're busy running your business, send us an email if you need a new mailbox, password reset, or anything else relating to the hosting service.
Where are your servers located?
Our hosting partner's UK servers are located in the heart of London, inside a green-powered datacentre with state-of-the-art servers and infrastructure.
What uptime do you guarantee?
We aim to provide 99.9% uptime in each calendar month for the hosted service as a whole.
Do you include SSL certificates?
Yes! All of our services come with full, free SSL certificates for every domain linked with the service.
How do you handle backups?
The website accounts are backed up daily to an off-site location. These backups are maintained for 30-days and can be accessed via the hosting control panel. We would always recommend doing your own backups on a regular basis too.
Can you migrate my existing site to your hosting?
Yes. If your current provider uses cPanel, we can arrange a direct migration that should keep the majority of your account as it is. If your current provider uses a proprietary platform, we can arrange a manual migration instead. Where possible, we'll also be able to migrate your email accounts using our in-house migration tool. Is your hosting optimised for Laravel/Statamic?
Yes. For most websites, we can host them on our shared platform. If your project has stricter requirements or needs server-level tooling that is not included in our standard shared packages, we can also provision and manage a custom VPS server. Get in touch for further details and pricing.
