Your Website,
Done Right
Custom website designs focused on usability, accessibility, and high performance.
Get in touchYour website is the first thing your customers see
The first thing your users see of your brand is your website. The tricky part is that users typically make up their mind about your brand in the seconds after landing on your website.
The needs of every business and website are different. That’s why we don’t use templates. We design every site from the ground up, taking into account your industry, brand, and audience.
This gives you a fully custom design tailored to your business, without the bloat that templates can add to your site.
Our Process
Over the years we’ve crafted an efficient process that we apply to every project to ensure the best outcome.
1. Discovery
Before we start, we’ll discuss your business, industry, and audience, what you’re looking to achieve, the website’s primary goals, and any challenges we need to solve.
2. Wireframe & Journey
We then move on to mapping out the core user journey. This typically includes wireframing key layouts and pages, and defining how users will navigate through the website.
3. Creative Design
Once we have a clear idea of the user journey and key sections, we can bring the creative design to life. This may include colour, imagery, and other visual elements that help your site stand out.
4. Refinement
Once complete, we’ll share the designs with you, gather feedback, and refine them based on your input while maintaining clarity and a strong user experience throughout.

FAQs
These are some of the common questions we’ve been asked over the years. If you can’t find what you’re looking for, please get in touch. We’re here to help.
Will my website be mobile-responsive?
Yes! With so many of your visitors being from a mobile device all of our websites, or new features we add to an existing website, will be optimised for mobile and tablet viewing. Ensuring that your potential customers get the best experience no matter the device they're using.
How many design revisions do I get?
We typically include up to 3 design revisions and usually recommend taking time to look over each design given to give yourself time to decide on what you like or maybe want to adjust. This helps keep the project on target and helps us focus on the key details you would like included or adjusted.
Can you redesign my existing website?
We can. Get in touch and we'll discuss it further. It helps to have a sense of why you want a redesign, as that makes it easier for us to scope the project. We can then talk through any additional requirements, such as whether you need a way to edit the content yourself.
Do you design to brand guidelines?
If your brand has a set of guidelines then we'll ensure that we aim to stay within these guidelines when designing your website, just ensure they're provided to us before we start and we'll make sure we account for them during the design process.
Will I see the mockups before development begins?
We will provide the initial design concepts to you for review. We'll not start the development phase of the project until these have been approved, this is to ensure we build the website and everyone around it within the specification of the design, rather than needing to reimplement parts of the project if the design changes.
What areas do you serve?
We work with businesses everywhere, providing website design and development services for clients locally, nationally, and beyond. While we regularly support businesses in areas such as Huntingdon, Peterborough, and Cambridge, alongside surrounding towns/cities in Cambridgeshire such as St Ives, Ely, and St Neots, our services are not limited by location.
Whether you are a local business looking for a new website, an established company needing ongoing development support, or a growing brand that wants to improve its online presence, we can help. Most of our work can be handled remotely, making it easy for us to collaborate with clients wherever they are based.
