We began by auditing the existing standalone applications. We identified that while admins could manage data, members were locked out of their own information. Our strategy shifted from a simple consolidation and refresh to building a member-centric platform that balanced admin utility with user engagement.

Moving into Figma, we brainstormed and prototyped over a dozen unique screens. The focus wasn't just on aesthetics, but on information architecture and finding the most intuitive ways to display race results, member profiles, and complex forms while keeping the interface clean and approachable.

We chose Statamic as the core engine. By leveraging the power of Laravel under the hood, we gained the ability to build a customised member area while providing the club with an award-winning, intuitive CMS for day-to-day content updates.

To ensure long-term consistency, we developed a component-based system using Statamic fieldsets. By hooking these into a custom page builder blueprint, we gave the club the "building blocks" to create new pages themselves which ensures the site stays on-brand regardless of who is adding content.

By utilising Statamic’s advanced caching layers, we delivered a lightning-fast experience. The final result isn't just a website; it’s an extensible digital ecosystem ready to grow alongside the club’s membership.
